Evening primrose oil helps to ease inflammatory skin conditions and symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome.

Added chamomile extract aids with anxiety and insomnia, while also providing additonal anti-inflammatory properties to ease inflammatory issues such as rheumatic pains, menstrual problems, and skin conditions.

A tumbled amethyst crystal is used in this blend since it is commonly known as the "heal-all" crystal and is beneficial for insomnia, stress, and anxiety.

directions:

Add desired amount of salt soak (we like about 3 ounces personally) into bath either right before or immediately after entering. Wait a few minutes for salts and oils to dissolve and enjoy.
